International Women’s Day -Accelerate Action

“ACCELERATE ACTION”

Individuals, Organizations and communications can act swiftly to address gender inequality in personal and professional spheres. Build awareness about zero tolerance for harassment in the workplace. Seek to understand others, care for and value diversity.

International Women’s Day is being celebrated on March 8th 2025. It’s a day to celebrate social, economical, cultural and political achievements of women.

The year 2025 theme for International Women’s Day is “Accelerate Action”. The theme indicates to increase the efforts to work towards gender equality. The women must take full efforts to reach potentially at higher positions. Due to some reasons for last 4 to 5 years, the challenges like pandemic Covid 19, global recession, much set back has happened with the woman progress in social sphere. Many are jobless, some suffers from domestic violence due to change in work environment.  Women must overcome this situation now in 2025 and take genuine efforts to achieve influential positions. She must build awareness regarding zero tolerance for harassment in workplace. If she deserves the higher positions then officials must offer her.

Women can make some extra efforts i.e. actions and secure her positions in working place for gender equality. If women globally get their position strong, then whole society will automatically become smart, efficient and cultured.

Younger generation will grow up with good values, caring for others, efficient and philanthropic if women get her values properly. If she wishes to express, entire society will hear her voice, which then can result in immediate actions for a positive change.

By accelerating her action to improvisation and fight for her position, she can make healthy society. The society with good values, good thinkers and best people with positive attitude. Women by their behavioural appearance can change the attitude towards gender equality. She must became confident with her work.

MATRUDIN- 64 YOGINI GODDESSES

Our Mother’s Day is on upcoming Monday according to Hindu Sanskriti. Pithori Amavasya tithi is called Matrudin. This is Shravan Amavasya (new moon), which every mother in Hindu Sanskriti prays for her children, to become healthy and strong. She is praying to Choushashtha Yogini Devi means Matru Shakti for continuation of progeny and having a child with good health and strong immunity.

Every Hindu ritual, tradition and festival has its own meaning and essentially relates to the health of the people. Shravan month is the month of festival worships and related to praying to God, Goddess and all. Shravana Amavasya (new moon) is also called as Pithori Amavasya and on this day worshiping Choushashtha Yogini is observed.

Why we worship Choushashtha Yogini? There is a mythological story behind this. Once upon a time, on this day one Brahmin women lost her child every year, so she prayed and offered penance for her died children to this Choushashtha Yogini goddess. These Yogini gave birth to all children again who were died.

This myth is related to the health issues of the children, infants who struggle to continue with life. Few of them died due to carelessness or less medicines, so these Choushashtha Yogini goddess offered them good food, medicines or other necessary things from nature, to the mother, so she can maintain a good health of her children and keep them alive.

Another story of these Goddesses talks about a monster called as Rakthbeej. He created havoc with atrocities and harassment to the people. These Goddesses did fight a war with Rakthbeej and killed him. Yogini means strongest of women. So, people worship and conduct rituals to these Choushashtha yoginis on this day. There are 2 – 3 temples of Choushashtha Yogini in India. One is at Khajuraho (M.P.), one is at Hirapur (Orissa) and another at Morani (M.P.). Peculiarity of these temples is that these Goddesses Choushashtha Yogini sculptures arranged circularly in a single compartment. This Temple does not have roof it means there is a belief that women have inborn Infinite power to sustain the life.

This day teaches us that Women must take care of themselves. It indicates that in our culture, she is called as AAI, Shakti. She can give birth so the circle of these temples without roof is the indication of uterus of the woman and we worship them.

Upon the background of recent unfortunate incidences and disturbing news in our country, every Indian must respect a Woman. This day of Pooja of Choushashtha Yogini is the symbol of respect and acknowledgement towards the power of every woman. They must take care of themselves, must become healthy. She should take proper food, do exercise and maintain herself because she is a symbol of creation and propagation. We all have to follow the rules and regulations created by nature. We are created and nurtured by the nature. So, to seek blessings of these goddesses is important.

Ayurveda, Indian health science, follows the medicine prepared from natural herbs which are less hazardous and are free from side effects. This system is in close relation to the mother nature.  Ayurbreeze Botanicals follows this Ayurveda and prepare natural, authentic Ayurvedic medicines from natural herbs. Our all products are useful to entire family members in some ways.

My sincere and best wishes all the girls and women on this auspicious day!!!

Friendship Day And Olympic Games

A real friend is one who walks when the rest of the world walks out.

– Walter

When any idea originates from the western countries then it is accepted in our country. I am talking about the Friendship Day; yes, we recently celebrated it on 4th August i.e. the first Sunday of August. Actually Indian don’t need to celebrate it on large scale because this was only the marketing funda of greeting card industry in 1958 by Jause Hall in Paraguay. But we all Indians especially, youngsters took interest in the idea and celebrate it. We have a rich culture and legacy of friendship from Mahabharata period. Lord Krishna and his friend Sudama were best friends. Although Sudama was from poor family and Lord Krishna was from royal family they carried their friendship nicely.

We can’t choose our relatives but, we definitely decide about our friends. Good friends are like treasure for us. Friendship and friends always keep our life easy, stress-free, and more content. Friendship day is observed in August, as in this month, Nature is at its peak; so, many colourful flowers bloom in rainy season. This season is the season of red roses, that’s why on friendship day red roses are sold extensively. This day is to remember old friends and we have to try to reconnect and or repair our friendship. Another event we enjoyed now a days is Olympic which come every four years. This year Olympic Games are hosted in Paris. Olympic games are also the epitome of friendship among the countries. The modern Olympic Games are leading international sporting events featuring summer and winter sport competitions. This event helps to garner good relations among the countries by the way of friendship. This event was inspired by the ancient Olympic Games held in Olympia, Greece from 8th century BC in 1894. International Olympic committee (IOC) lead to first modern games in Athens. IOC is responsible for choosing host city for each games and organise funds to them. Now it has became a significant Global Event fostering International Co-operation and cultural exchange. Generally, this Olympics can be conducted during late August or early September as this can be calculated as the suitable season. Festival occur during second full moon after the summer. Olympic promotes dialogue and collaboration on pressing issues. Friendship day and Olympic Games have same purpose that promoting harmony and understanding among people from diverse background and belief.

At Ayurbreeze Botanicals we try to foster a good friendship with our customers and patients, prescribing doctors and chemists. We try our level best to maintain utmost safety and therapeutic excellence in our products. We are committed to support healthy individuals and families with our herbal, ayurvedic, authentic formulations. So, we seek the status of a reliable friend with all our partners.

This thought is very essential to amalgamate within us now a days due to uncertain vibes taking place in the society and whole world.

Friendship knows no boundaries

And it never comes with terms and conditions

Happy friendship day

ENJOY SUMMER..PRESERVE HEALTH

As you all will agree that the summer vacation is a big concern for the parents whose children are studying at school level. For elders there are various different reasons of worry in a summer vacation.

Actually, in early 80s or 70s children used to enjoy their summer vacation with the relatives by going to the cities or villages they reside. But now a days the trend has been changed. The parents are engaging their children at summer camps, trekking camps etc. or they are enjoying some tourism with family and friends. From March to mid-June the temperature goes up-to 40-42°C. The hot summer weather and scorching heat are restricting the people at homes. But, the summer also offers us with so many delicious food items. We all love mangoes which are only available in the summer season. If we eat them in early summer or late winter, it creates a bad effect on our health. So, we should be particular about feasting on mangoes without getting ill. Summer season is a season for Indian black berry (Jambhul) and carandus plum (Karwand). Summer is a part of Vasant and Grishma rutu. In Chaitra month plants rejuvenate and regenerate themselves. So, this season is a mix of love, enjoyment amongst lot of heat.

People love summer because they spare some time to enjoy with their relatives and children in company of all these fruits and other cool and refreshing foods like ice-cream and others. To enjoy the summer season without suffering from some physical ailments, we have to take precautions. Ayurveda recommends the use of herbs like – Wala, Chandan which gives internal cooling effects. Wala and Chandan reduce heat. We have used them in Avani Gulkand. Gulakand itself contain Rose Petals, which gives soothing and cooling effect in the body. In ancient days when there was no cooler and Air-conditioner in house, Wala was used for curtains providing good cool air. In summer, people travel a lot for tourism purpose. The harsh sunlight exposure can result in tanning (darkness) of the skin and minor blemishes. The application of the paste of Chandan is very beneficial in this condition.

As I mentioned earlier these are the mango days. The mangoes or Alphonso variety is a special produce of coastal area. Mango itself has a lot of medicinal values. Though they are available only in summer season, they are the good source of fibre, improves skin complexion and promotes hair health.

Another seasonal fruit is Indian Blackberry i.e. जांभूळ. It has an astringent taste but it is slightly sweet also. It has many medicinal values. It is a good antidiabetic drug, reduces cholesterol, good anti-oxidant, haematinic means improves blood strength, promotes weight loss and strengthen gums and teeth.

Carandus plum is another fruit named Karwand in local language. This is also found in hilly areas of coastal region, so, called as Dongarmaina (डोंगरची मैना). It is rich in medicinal values. It is a good antimicrobial and anti-fungal agent. It enhances sebum production. It is a good antiaging drug and improves skin complexion.

The summer season presents us with so many gifts like mango, Jambhul, Karwand, holidays, picnics and so on…… We all are waiting for this season. After suffering from extreme heat, rainy season begins. I wish you all happy summer enjoyment. Enjoy with due precautions and preserve good health!!!

8TH March International Women’s Day

The whole world will celebrate International Women’s day on Friday 8th March.

Actually why we celebrate Women’s day? Is there any need to celebrate Women’s day? In India women are considered as “Goddess or Aadimata” from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and West Bengal to Gujarat. All people worship to Goddess. But actually the situation is very different. In practical life during 19th century women were not allowed to study, there was no permission to work or getting job in any field. Rarely women came out from the house. They has to take permission from their husband or father and take education or work in different areas. Mostly working women were either in teaching or may become gynaecologist or given office work. When we look all over world at those time, there were awareness in western countries like Europe, USA, and Japan etc. but still women were not careerist and all Muslim countries have worst situation about women’s rights and all.

Theme of 2024 International Women’s day is #InspireInclusion and the color #Purple. Purple signifies #Justice, #dignity and #being loyal to cause. Gender equality, reproductive rights and also violence and abuse against women.

A woman named Clara Zetkin (leader of women office for social democratic party in Germany) tabled the idea of Women’s day to press for their demands. In 1910 2nd International conference of working women was held in Copenhagen.

Internationally Women’s day was honored for 1st time in Austria. It is the day dedicated to celebrate Women’s achievements, social, political and cultural fields. This day is time to reflect on progress made to call for change, to celebrate acts of courage and determine by ordinary women who have played an extraordinary role in history of their countries and communities. 8th March is strongly linked to the women’s movement during Russian Revolution ((1917).

New Zealand was the first self-governing nation to allow women to vote.

Imagine Gender Equality, A world free of bias stereotype and discriminating collectively we can #InspireInclusion. Celebrate women’s achievements, raise awareness about discrimination and take action to drive gender panics.

With reference to above theme of 2024 International Women’s day is #InspireInclusion means that people across varying identities are and feel valued, welcomed, respected, included, represented and heard contribute to collective and have voice.

Women at any work place or in any house can’t be disvalued or disrespected. They must get equal voice and value for their work. Either they work as housewife or in corporate. For this our country has already taken steps to give free education to girls, travelling allowance, 30% reservation in education, parliament, municipal corporations or in state government. Although these steps are very correct, but still in some areas women are away from their rights. They can’t get education due to lack of money. There may be violence in house or at workplace. So collectively all women must follow the trend of this International Women’s Day 2024 #Inspireinclusion as it tells, get confident, prove yourself, and for this demand your choices rights to world.

Upon this quote we celebrate International Women’s Day on 8th March 2024. Be confident, be entrepreneurs, make your own business, educate and train others, your family, make nation self-respectable, strong and developed.         Naturally women have their own beauty but use of our products make women confident, awesome and beautiful; because our products are made from natural resources, act in enhancing natural beauty of the women. So use them and be healthy, confident, glowy and beautiful.

MAKAR SANKRAMAN

BHOGI, MAKAR SANKRANTI, TILGUL AND RATHASAPTAMI
New Year is here and has arrived with some festivals and celebrations. Our Indian traditions and festivals are not only for the celebration but they offer some advice and tips about our healthy life style.
Recently we all celebrated Sankranti and Bhogi. Bhogi was on 14th Jan and Sankranti was on 15th Jan. In Maharashtra Bhogi is celebrated with lots of unique delicious food recipes which are freshly harvested from farms. So, the tradition conveys nature’s massage about what to eat and enjoy healthy winter season.
Everyone loves to eat. Every person wants to eat food with different tastes and flavors. The winter season is very foody season. Different vegetables, fruits with different colors are available in abundance. The season is so cool that all people can easily digest the food. In winter season generally our gastric juice secretion is increased compared to other seasons like summer and rainy season. Also, the atmosphere is very dry, chilly so, most of the people want to do exercise yoga or other health related activities. So the people can consume calories easily from what they eat.
Bhogi is a festival to consume delectable cuisines and make yourself healthy. On this day in Maharashtra, mixed vegetables cuisine are prepared. In the farms fresh brinjals, harbhara (gram), green peas, Lima beans (पावटा), methi, bor or jujube, carrot so many colorful vegetables and fruits are grown up. We use these vegetables in our kitchen and make mix vegetable. In Marathi it is called lekurwali bhaji along with bajara roti (बाजरीची भाकरी) with sesame and butter. Bajara is a millet which has lots of energy along with carbohydrate, calcium, and iron trace elements. To provide heat to our body in this chilled winter season we eat bajara roti along with all this electrolyte required to our body. It helps to maintain body temperature to about 370 c, the outside temperature is as low as 150 to 200. The bajara bhakari is served along with sesame, It controls Cholesterol, is rich in Iron, Manganese, copper, and calcium. It has anticancer and antioxidant actions. It is recommended for improving tone and strength of the muscles of the body; makes our body moist and oily. It doesn’t crack and dry easily during the winter season. Carrot used in mixed veg contains vitamin A and so many fibers. This carrot is very important for wellness in ophthalmology. It keeps eye in a better condition and provide clear vision. It balances your sugar and helps in management and regulation of blood pressure, diabetes thus reducing incidence of heart diseases. It also improves immunity.

These all foods like sesame, bajara, carrot can be consumed until Rathasaptami. The day from which sun starts its uttarayan (north Movement of sun). From this day the day starts to increase in length and nights become short. All days from Rathasaptami are long up to 22nd June. On Rathasaptami winter season is over and summer season starts. Our rituals are always according to the present atmospheric or environmental conditions and food is taken according to that condition. From Rathasaptami some people starts for Suryanamskar as sun salutation. To worship sun and providing strength to the body, Suryanamskar is an all-round exercise.

Manage Stress…….Stay Happy & Healthy

RESOLUTION!                     RESOLUTION!!                    RESOLUTION!!!

End of 2023 and start of 2024 this word is heard again and again.

I will start with exercise, yoga early in the Morning.

I will eat only Diet food including organic, without chemical and so on.

My habit is to read all newspapers that came to my house. So today early in the morning when I came from my walk I saw the 3rd page on newspaper, only concerned with how to live without stress throughout the year. After some time I had breathing time between my works, I saw my WhatsApp then I got to know that all the groups gave “gyan” about the resolution concerned with how to live your life without stress throughout the year. Think positive, make friends, good thoughts and so on.

Is it possible for a person to live your life without stress throughout the year?

Only few people can live a life without stress. So many bursts and stress factors are associated with our living in day to day life. You can’t always think positively. You can’t always have a good and cheerful thoughts. Most of the times the situation you encounter makes your thoughts negative. How to handle these hurdles. These hurdles in life are very important sometimes the thoughts may came negative or situation discourages you; but time is big factor in life it will teaches you how to handle the adverse situation and negativity in your mind.

One cannot always be a cheerful and happy in life. If any negativity makes your mind depressed or gloomy don’t overlap these feelings, let them come, let it go. If you want to stay alone, be with yourself without anyone’s disturbance. Don’t overlap or cover feelings that came in your mind. You want to cry, please be comfortable to cry don’t stop your tears.

Be free from the stress is another overlapping feeling. There should be always some stress in your mind which will motivate life.  Yes, there must not be some so much stress that can affect your health. But some stress that can motivate your life. How to make life meaningful is also a good task.

I think there should be different goals in your life. Some hurdles in a life make your life challenging so it becomes interesting not boring.

When in 2021 I was thinking about to start my own business of marketing OTC Ayurvedic Products; already the market was very much down. Recently    covid-19 made life very difficult for people. They are discouraged. Many said – so many OTC Ayurvedic products are already in market. But this adverse situation made me to think about starting my own business. After covid-19 life became more difficult. Many people lost their jobs. Market condition was not good. People could not spend easily in a market. But covid situation encourages me to start business with quality products which will enhance people’s immunity & energy, reduce stress or we can say handle stress in any condition.

I am pharmacist so I always believe that any natural ingredient in the environment is one of the medicine. So I prefer herbal or natural products with minimum side effects, no synthetic chemicals. These natural ingredients improve your health, act as a placebo, enhance your inner strength so you can mentally and emotionally believe that you can become a healthy person. How one can get out of any bad diseased condition? So many natural herbs can build the inner strength with strong mind and body. Already a person always has its own inner strength, only to push or enhance this a few natural herbs are required. A natural herb like Shankhapushpi, Tagar, Jatamansi, are the example.

SHANKHAPUSHPI

This is the best medicine for mental activity. Generally Shankhapushpi reduces cough, pitta and purifies blood. It has also laxative nature, good appetizer and brain strengthening tonic. Beneficial in worm, insanity, epilepsy, salivation, skin diseases and toxicosis.

It provides mental calmness, reduces stress. Particularly in children it increases intellectual level, concentration, reduces deterioration etc. so use this in your day-to-day life for increasing inner strength and reduce your stress.
